Team: Professional Services - Support & Delivery

Due to heavy demand from our global customers in the premium car market, we are growing our elite team of visual designers, UX designers, and creative software engineers who provide our customers with advanced prototypes, custom software products, and technology demonstrators. This fast-paced team operates at the intersection of visual and interaction design, cutting-edge technology, and our customers’ products, often dealing with multiple ongoing projects and demanding deadlines. The support & delivery team is a pillar of Rightware's services, by providing our customer's with professional, responsive and continuous technical contact points, while spreading the Kanzi message and design philosophy. The output of the team is becoming more and more visible, as connected cars with stunning user interfaces continue to roll off production lines in Europe, USA, and Asia.


This is a customer facing position, where you will be on the front line of support and a primary point of contact. When our customers need assistance, you will be the first to know and the one who ensures that the solution is found and delivered. Your daily tasks will include analyzing technical incident reports, debugging and solving problems, and communicating the solutions back in a timely manner. You will also analyze our customer's requirements and coordinate with our internal R&D and application teams, and communicate the status and schedule back to the customer. You will develop software application solutions as well as create content for the online knowledge database. As you grow in your proficiency with Rightware's products, you will also get the opportunity to visit our global Automotive customers and participate in technical presentations and workshops.

You are a highly analytical problem solver, and you probably eat Sudoku puzzles for breakfast. You are well versed in leading technical discussions and proof of concepts. You are self-organizing, proactive, and genuinely curious in understanding the big picture.

We require

  • C++ (reading and debugging + producing code)
  • Application development experience
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent communication skills in English

We strongly appreciate

  • Computer graphics and 3D experience
  • Prior experience with UI frameworks such as Kanzi, Qt, WPF, etc
  • Familiarity with game engines
  • Experience in consulting roles
  • Willingness to travel
