With the spread of the coronavirus pandemic and its dramatic global impact, we hope you and your loved ones are staying healthy and safe. We are working hard to support out staff during this difficult time, so they can continue providing an excellent standard of service to our many international customers while staying safe.

Rightware operations

From a business perspective, Rightware is operating without disruption. In advance of government-imposed lockdowns and travel bans, we restricted business travel, first to Asia and then globally. We took steps to ensure all our employees are equipped to work remotely, and asked that everyone work from home. We have the tools and processes in place to remain productive during this potentially lengthy state of uncertainty.

Current policies

  • No business travel until further notice
  • All employees are working from home with all necessary tools, processes, and support
  • Our industry events calendar is suspended in line with travel restrictions

Supporting our customers

Our business processes continue as usual: R&D is delivering on our roadmap, the Kanzi Services team is actively supporting customer projects around the globe, and our sales team are available to meet online at any time. 

We look forward to meeting again in person when business travel becomes feasible and industry events are rescheduled. In the meanwhile, we are ready to continue working together to drive business forward.
