Trademark Guidelines

Rightware's trademarks, including logos and wordmarks, are important assets that represent our brand. You may refer to Rightware's products and services and use our trademarks for editorial purposes, subject to following these guidelines:

  • When referring to our products and services, make sure that all references are fair and truthful, and that Rightware trademarks are not used disparagingly.
  • When referring to our products or services, always write the name with either a capital first letter or all capital letters.
  • For the wordmarks RIGHTWARE, KANZI, and KANZI CONNECT, use the ® symbol at least when referring to the product or service for the first time.
  • Never use our trademarks descriptively or as verbs. Also, do not use our trademarks in plural or in a possessive form.
  • Do not use our trademarks in a way that implies affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
  • Never alter, animate, imitate, or distort our trademarks or combine them with any other symbols, words, images, or designs.
  • When using our logos, always adhere to our logo guidelines.

These guidelines do not apply to commercial use, such as partner programs. Commercial use of our trademarks requires a separate license. If you belong to the Kanzi Partner Program, please refer to your Kanzi Partner Program Agreement.
