Automotive technology is advancing rapidly, and the industry needs more highly integrated solutions. At CES 2020, the Kanzi Experience showcased Rightware’s latest innovations which helps you manage increasing complexity and deliver the best possible user experience in your next-generation digital cockpit.
Rightware is making it easier to create an advanced user experience in the connected car with a reference implementation of a multi-screen cockpit integrating the key elements of the Kanzi product family seamlessly across all displays. We demonstrated advanced applications of our core technologies in essential forward-looking automotive scenarios.
We showed an advanced virtual reality use case for Kanzi with the integration of Kanzi Studio, Autodesk VRED, and the high-resolution VR-2 PRO headset from our Kanzi Partner Varjo. This combination of technologies allows the designer to visualize a live preview of the UI, while in development, in a 3D car model at human eye-resolution with pixel-perfect clarity.
Expertise to help realize your UI vision and deliver your HMI projects is available from the 50+ partners in our growing Kanzi Partner Program and from Rightware’s own Kanzi Services team. The latest Kanzi-based demonstrations from a variety of partners were on display in our suite.
At CES, we launched the new Kanzi Reference HMI platform, which packages our UI and connectivity products in a complete multi-screen solution. This platform includes core elements from the Kanzi software product family -- Kanzi UI, Kanzi Connect, Kanzi Maps, and Kanzi Particles -- used by designers to manage the UX process from HMI development to integration of content across multiple operating systems within the vehicle. The platform accelerates development with smaller design teams and greater creative freedom in a multi-display, connected cockpit.

The Rightware Party was THE place to be in Las Vegas! This annual event offered an evening of networking with automotive HMI executives from across the industry including OEMs, Tier 1s, Tier 2s, technology vendors, and design houses from around the world.
This year's program shifted into high gear with a stand-up performance by the LA-based Finnish comedian ISMO, officially “The Funniest Person in the World”!
Thanks to all our guests for a fun evening -- it’s a joy to work with such a great community. Hopefully, we will see YOU there next year!
Reflecting its broad adoption in the automotive industry, Kanzi featured in many events and exhibitions. In addition to powering the graphics of many production cars on display at CES, Kanzi was featured in technology demonstrations from customers and partners.
