Auto & Transportation Gala Sponsorship

HELSINKI, May 21, 2019 – Rightware, the leading provider of automotive user interface software, has become a headline sponsor of Finland’s Auto & Transportation Gala. As an advanced technology company and winner of the Export Award in 2018, Rightware will be delivering the new Innovation Award at the upcoming gala in Helsinki on December 5, 2019.

“With customers in all the major automotive development hubs around the world, we are very well known in the industry outside of Finland,” said Ville Ilves, CEO of Rightware. “Our aim in partnering with the event is to become better known in Finland as a global technology leader.”

Rightware will work with the organizers to develop judging criteria for the new award category focused on promising products and technologies by Finnish technology companies in the automotive field. “As inaugural sponsors of the new Innovation Award, we hope to increase awareness of Rightware within Finland as an employer and a great place to work.”

The highlight of the gala is the unveiling of the “Car of the Year in Finland,” as judged by a panel of Finnish automotive journalists based on extensive test drives and evaluations. Rightware’s Kanzi graphics software powers the digital displays in many past nominated and winning vehicles.
