Rightware Ltd. (“Rightware”) appreciates your interest in our products and our website. As Rightware respects your privacy rights and recognizes the importance of protecting the information received from and about you, we have introduced this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) for the purpose of informing You on the collection, use and protection of your personal information while visiting our website and downloading our products.

1. Non-personal data collected

Rightware does not collect any identifiable data about you as user of Rightware website.

However, Rightware may use tools or third party analytical software to collect and use certain non-personal data such as website ID and hardware ID which does not enable Rightware to identify you. Rightware may use the collected non-personal data for purposes of analyzing the usage of Rightware website and its products, and managing, providing and further developing products. Rightware will not disclose any of such non-personal data to third parties.

2. Personal data collected

Rightware collects your personal data under this Privacy Policy only when you register to download products offered for download in Rightware website. Your personally identifiable information is retained as long as you are a registered user of the Rightware product you have downloaded. Your personally identifiable information will be destroyed after you have informed Rightware that you no longer are a user of its product.

We have security measures in place to protect against unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of the information we hold. When you enter sensitive information on our site, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer (SSL) technology. We restrict access to personal information to a small number of Rightware employees.
