1. Non-personal data collected
Rightware does not collect any identifiable data about you as user of Rightware website.
However, Rightware may use tools or third party analytical software to collect and use certain non-personal data such as website ID and hardware ID which does not enable Rightware to identify you. Rightware may use the collected non-personal data for purposes of analyzing the usage of Rightware website and its products, and managing, providing and further developing products. Rightware will not disclose any of such non-personal data to third parties.

Rightware shall use the personally identifiable information received from you at the registration for purposes of marketing its products and services to you and notifying you on the issues regarding the products you have downloaded from Rightware. No personally identifiable information shall be disclosed to any third parties.
Your personally identifiable information is retained as long as you are a registered user of the Rightware product you have downloaded. Your personally identifiable information will be destroyed after you have informed Rightware that you no longer are a user of its product.
We have security measures in place to protect against unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of the information we hold. When you enter sensitive information on our site, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer (SSL) technology. We restrict access to personal information to a small number of Rightware employees.
We are committed to safeguarding the security of user information that is retained on our servers. Nevertheless, determined individuals may uncover such information and disclose it. For this reason, we cannot guarantee against unauthorized access to the information we hold about you.
