Developer Relations Engineer, Espoo

As a Developer Relations Engineer, you are part of a high-energy team of engineers supporting end users of our Kanzi Tool and Engine. Our customers are some of the most respected companies within cell phone, automotive and embedded industries, including Audi, China Mobile, Intel, Nvidia and Samsung.

Responsibilities
- Promote high level of customer satisfaction by providing thorough and useful information and cultivate good working relationship with customers and engineering team
- Develop sample applications and debug/profile code
- Gather and analyze technical data (logs, configuration information etc.) to solve complex customer issues
- Act as a mentor to junior support engineers by providing in-depth training and coaching as needed
- Collaborate with engineering and product management to contribute to product quality, product enhancements and product design decisions
- Write knowledge articles based on issues encountered by customers or potential issues that you have researched and uncovered
Requirements
- Experience on graphics programming (OpenGL, GLSL Shaders)
- Strong skills in C, C++ or other object oriented language
- Experience of basic linear algebra (matrices, vectors)
- Experience of working in Windows and Linux environments
- Experience and desire of working with customers
- Willingness to travel
- Desire and motivation to learn constantly
