Rightware is joining forces with Imagination for a “hackathon”, offering students and graduates at University of Southampton the unique opportunity to create automotive interfaces with Rightware’s Kanzi software.

During 24 hours, hackathon teams will use Rightware Kanzi to design and engineer a realistic automotive user interface. Their projects will be running on Imagination’s CI20 Microcomputer, using its OpenGL ES 2.0 capable SGX544 graphics processor to render high-quality 2D and 3D graphics. Students will be able to connect the CI20 computer to a variety of IO devices, including steering wheels, acceleration sensors, touchscreens and more.
